Let’s look at that on the item list first. So, from the item list, I will go to the information matrix and it remembers the last time I was here which template I used.

In this case, the basic item setup and here I can see the Description column, Base Unit of Measure, et cetera that I’m displaying in this view to see different information.

Now, if I want to change the template name, I can go to my process and select another template and I can create as many different as I prefer, so maybe I have a template from my planners if they’re modifying planning data on the item card.

When I select the other template, it refreshed the matrix displaying other columns with other information that is more relevant for a planner, for instance, to maintain an overview in here. Likewise I could go to my customer list. Let’s do the same.

And here on my information matrix on customers, I have other templates that relates to the customer table. Here I have my name, salesperson code et cetera and if I go to select my matrix template here, I define other templates. For instance, a basic customer set up when I create new customers to make sure that everything is here and again it changes the column setup and this way I can work with as many templates as I prefer.
