From the Item card, you can open the Information Matrix. The Information Matrix is a view where you can combine data from the core master tables, like items, customers, vendors, etc.

So, in this case, I can view both bike type which is a CONFIG value from my Master Data Information table. Unit Price, Male. And Unit Price is coming from the Item table.

Base Unit of Measure is coming from the Item table, etc.

And in this view, I can change data. So, if my unit price is supposed to be something else, I can just enter it directly here and it updates the item card.

Likewise, if I change the Master Data Information from the underlying table, I can either select like in this case another value, this could be the COLIBRI bike and it will update the underlying table or it could be a value depending on my setup.

It could be the diameter I wanted to change. It will also respond to the correct fields on the underlying table.

So, in this way, I can change data very fast in views that I setup myself. So, this view is my basic item setup view. I could select other views and define a limited amount of different column setup that I would like to work with.

So, for instance, if I’m a planner, I could create a planning view with other columns and work with the same data but in other definitions.

So, I can easily modify and overview data in my system.

So, in this case, I have a setup to see data that is used normally for planning. For instance, my safety stock, reorder point, etc.

So, the users can setup as many different views as they prefer.
