Dynamics NAV as a product name has been discontinued, but the solution is still alive and well under the name Dynamics 365 Business Central. So, Microsoft Dynamics NAV is the former name of the ERP solution now called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The last version with the name Dynamics NAV had the version number 2018, and the previous versions include Dynamics NAV 2017 and Dynamics NAV 2016. NAV is an abbreviation of the original name of the solution: Navision, which some still call it, though the Navision name has been discontinued for decades.
