Marc Baasch

Marc Baasch has a degree from TEC in Information Technology and IT Support and has previously worked as an IT supporter at SSG A/S. Additionally, Marc is certified in Cisco CCNA and ITIL.

Marc uses his technical skill and understanding of a wide range of IT solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Zendesk, Jira, etc., to assist both customers and colleagues.

Marc has extensive experience in end-user support and before joining Abakion, he used to sit alone and support approximately 700 end-users with their solutions respectively. This gave him extensive experience with prioritizing work tasks and developing guiding material for end-users.

Marcs’ biggest strengths are his overview in stressful situations as well as his ability to adapt to changes in an everyday life, and his ability to make IT understandable to a broad range of people with different backgrounds and IT skills.
