How to set up SMTP in Business Central?
In order to use the send mail functionality in the system, your SMTP email setup should be set up.

We do this by searching for email setup.
If you’re using Office 365, apply these server settings, in user ID you can set in an email address for the account, that should be managing these emails.
And remember to fill in your password.
To test if the email setup has been done correctly, you can test email setup.
