The calculation of weight on sales lines are automatically done when we enter a sales line. Let’s add a new item line to this sales order.
And when you scroll up to the right, we can see that the fields about weight has already been added.
I have the possibility to change them if I have measured that these are different from the ones stated in the system.
But remember, these will be overwritten if I change the quantity on the line, and likewise from the item unit of measure will be used.
Let’s see what happens when I add a package of spokes.
Now the weight from the unit of measure card has been used for the calculation of weight on the sales line.
