To see and calculate Customs Tariff in Shipping Manager, you need to make sure the feature is enabled. The calculation will not work until this setting is turned on.

Here is how you do it:

  • Open the Shipping Manager setup.
  • Go into detailed app setup in the menu bar.
  • Make sure that Show Customs Tariff has been enabled.

Once this is in place, the system can show and calculate the Customs Tariff for you.
