Shortage On Demand Orders is a tool to help you calculate and prioritize sales orders that you can ship and to be able to ship everything without backlogs.

This is what happens in the video

So after calculating the shortage status on the sales order with shortage status on stock, it could be delivered without creating backlogs on other orders.

This means you could filter on the on stock functionality and ship all of those or the conflict stock could be shipped either one of them, but not all of them meaning when you start shipping them, it will create possibly conflicts on other sales orders. So you might handle those more manually. This means you can check if you can ship the complete order before it start picking the order.

So it’s a tool to make it possible to see if you will have partial deliveries on a sales order or you can ship the complete sales order and avoid backlogs.
