With the Graphical Inventory Profile, it’s possible to see inventory profile in other companies.

So, for instance, if this is a sales company and I’ve just entered a sales line and I’m using the graphical profile for that sales line, it might have this only sales line because it’s a sales company, so I’m actually going to transfer this with intercompany functionality to another company to handle it. And therefore, when I’m using the intercompany functionality, I would create a supply for this one, of course.

But as a salesperson, I would like to actually view the inventory profile in the inventory company to see if it’s possible to ship. And with the use company functionality, it’s possible to select other companies and then to view the inventory profile in another company to be able to see if we can ship this or not, or even to see when we would be able to ship it so I can create the sales order in the intercompany sales company to begin with.
