Graphical Inventory Profile is a tool that makes it possible to view an item’s inventory profile from the item card or from documents, planning worksheets, etc.
In this scenario, I have a sales order, I could click on a sales order line and with the Graphical Inventory Profile like this, it’s very easy to get an overview of the inventory profile and to see all the demands and supplies and dates and thereby my availability.
Likewise, it’s possible, for instance, to view on a purchase order. Let’s look at that.
On the purchased items, so if I enter a purchase order in here, it’s possible just again to click the line, enter the graphical profile so as a purchaser you can see again all supplies and demands for specific items, figuring out when is it coming home, what are my demands, etc. And there’s a lot of different options you can checkmark.
So for instance, if I enter a planning worksheet or requisition worksheet, I click the line and then again I could navigate into a graphical inventory profile.
And maybe in this scenario, I would like to include planning lines, meaning to see what will be the consequences of the planning, so I can view this profile with or without the planning lines to see the consequences of my plannings.
So the graphical profile is a tool to very quickly get an overview of an item’s expected inventory profile and there’s a lot of setup you can checkmark to view the profile with different criterias.
