In some cases, it might be relevant to attach your contract or some other kind of documentation to your subscription.

This is what happens in the video

Maybe you have another file system for it, but if you want to keep it within business central, we can use the attach function.

So this is the standard business central attach function so you might know it already.

But I want to attach something to this subscription here.

Click on documents in the fact box, attach files.

And then I have a PDF with the subscription contract here.

There we have it, and then my colleagues can download it at a later phase where I can do it and we have everything within business central instead of on some local file share or yeah, common drive somewhere.
