How to use transfer orders for shipment in Business Central?

If I have created Transfer Orders in Business Central, and I want to ship them, because I’m sending the items on the Transfer Orders, I will just enter the Transfer Order.

This is what happens in the video

I have lines with 2 items, quantity 10 and 20, and I want to send them out of my location Simple1, And I enter into the Quantity to Ship field, the quantities I want to ship, Maybe there is a partly shipment of one line.

I want to ship 10 and 15.

These are default, when I’m not using advanced warehouse with bins etc.

This is the simple Warehouse functionality.

So now I’m ready to post, and I select Post, and in this case Ship, because I’m shipping from the first location, and it posts the two lines and now, and they are on the transit location.

The Quantity Shipped and the Quantity to Ship is still remaining 5, that I need to send from my first location.

This is the way to ship the Transfer Order.
