You can use permission group to determine which fields in the job time mobile the user should see.

So for instance, if I’m opening the mobile flow job now, I only have permissions to see the job time access and not the material.

So if you don’t want the user to do anything on materials with job, you could make a role only doing that.

And you would do that in the mobile flow user setup, following through to the resource.

And if you look at the resource in here, there’s a flow permission group.

And now I’m set up for permission group job, and the definition of that.

From that list, I have to go into permission.

And I’m only set up for job time and materials for time.

I could also make another line for material then it would have both and I could also setup a specific small things that I should be able to do.

So if I’m going back to the permission group all like this, next time I open the job mobile, I would have access to everything like this
