The whole idea of the rental relation management is that we create a line that links a sales order line with the type resource to transfer orders with the type items.
This is what happens in the video
So we create rental relation lines. and that line is actually binding one sales order together with one or two transfer orders.
So when you post and handle the transfer orders, it will affect the line on the sales order.
So the rental relation line that is created automatically when you show up the sales order contains a link to a sales order and a transfer order, and it updates the information or the relevant field on the sales order line.
So for instance, when you postpone the rental period, it will update the quantity that you need to invoice on the sales order, etc.
So that’s the whole idea of the rental management to bind those two together.
