Business Central lets you add HTML signatures to your email templates. By enabling HTML signatures, you can control how your email signature looks and edit it directly with a built-in editor.

Enabling HTML signatures on email templates

To use an HTML signature on your email templates, go to the signature tab and enable the HTML signature option. Once enabled, you can open the HTML signature card to see your signature.

The HTML signature card includes an editor. This lets you change the look of the signature directly, so you can adjust the formatting and layout to match your needs.
