When you work with the email dialogue in Business Central, you can adjust your message before it goes out. You have the option to edit the subject line and to change the email body directly in the dialogue. Once the email looks the way you want, you finish by pressing Send Email.

Editing the email before you send it

The email dialogue gives you control over the message right up until you send it. You can change the subject line if you need to give the recipient a clearer heading. You can also edit the email body, so the content matches what you actually want to communicate.

Sending the email

When you are happy with both the subject and the body, you send the message by pressing the Send Email button. That is all it takes to get the email on its way.
