I am often met with the requirement that customers would like documents, files, pictures, user guides, placed on the item on a customer or a vendor to be attached to the outgoing documents and sending them by mail.
This is possible with the master data information app.
This app enables you to attach these files to your master data.
And with master data on documents, we can transfer it from the master data such as item, vendor, customers over to the documents.
And when the files has been transferred to the documents, document handling will be able to attach these files and documents to your email.
