In document handling simple text setup is where we can change all of our document or our email template, we find this by searching for it.

Here we can combine our document template or email template with a document type and a language code.

So in the first column we define which department type we’re talking about is a purchase or is it sales.

In document header type, we choose the document type, whether it’s a sales order or sales code.

In language code, we define the language.

Document handling comes with the standard set up with Danish and English, but you can add as many languages as you would like to.

And in document template, we define the actual template.

And in document template, a template name is given for the actual content of the email template.

We also have the CC and BCC email fields here where we can set up email addresses that should be added to the email when setting it for the individual documents and document templates.

We can set a mark that we would like to send the email without request.

And lastly, we can see if the HTML signature has been enabled on the individual document templates.
