When purchase order management is installed, a new action has been added to document handling simple text setup, advanced text templates.
Here we see setup for both document paths, lines and headers.
And that is because in purchase order management, you can send mail based on the whole order or just for lines that you’re spending on.
Connected to each of these setup lines is a list of actions.
This is due to the fact that purchase order management control mail and mail bodies differently based on the status and the action that we want to perform.
And therefore, there is a template for each of these actions, and we can edit them individually.
