If you have installed Purchase Order Management and the Document Handling app in Business Central, you can extend the setup with two free apps. The Document Customizer lets you customize and lay out your documents directly in Business Central. The Reverse Planning app helps you identify items that fall below safety stock within the lead time, based on all suppliers and demands. After installing the apps, you only need to select the appropriate Role Center to start using them.

Two free apps that extend Purchase Order Management

When you have installed Purchase Order Management and the corresponding Document Handling app in Business Central, there are two more apps worth adding. Both are free, and both make daily work easier once your core setup is in place.

Document Customizer for laying out documents in Business Central

The first app is the Document Customizer. It lets you customize and lay out your documents in Business Central fairly easily, so you can adjust how your documents look without a lot of effort.

Reverse Planning for identifying items below safety stock

The second app is Reverse Planning. It lets you identify items that fall below safety stock within the lead time, based on all suppliers and demands. As a purchaser, this makes it easier to get an overview of the demands you need to act on. This app is also free.

Once everything is up and running, the only remaining step is to select the appropriate Role Center.
