To make the correspondence with your vendor more smooth, more easy, and to keep track of it, we have in addition to the Purchase Order Management app, another app which is called Document Handling.
Together, these two apps allow you to send a lot of different correspondence by mail to your vendor. It could be a line to an existing purchase order. It could be a change of a purchase order, the whole purchase order line, where we highlight the changes.
You might want to keep a menu to describe the payments where the payment is made. It could be a cancellation of a request. With the Purchase Order Management, you will get mail templates for new quotes, new orders, change on quotes and orders, cancellation of orders, reminder to overdue lines, and reminders to open requests. And you will even get them on the language based, on the language setup, on the vendor. And besides that, you are able to set up new languages yourself. But that’s in another app, and you can go and look upon the Document Handling app.
