In the Purchase Order Management you have the opportunity to create and send via email orders directly from the requisition worksheet or the planning worksheet.

You simply click the lines that you want to do action on. You simply click the action button, functions and handle journal and send mail. Create orders and OK. The orders are now created and you have an email for your vendor. If we go to the purchase orders, the new order with the handling status is created.
