In the Purchase Management Journal, I can send an email directly to my vendor.
In this case, the vendor has accepted the things and I could send an email on the whole order. But if I just want to send an email on one of the lines, it could be this line, I simply go to the handling menu, say handle line and send mail. In this case, I only have an email for line number 10,000, which equals line number 1 on the purchase order. The mail is sent and the line is removed from the Purchase Management Journal.
