Presenter: Jesper Nielsen, Head of Onboarding

Once you have created your purchase order, which you can watch in another video, you’re ready to contact your vendor.

In this case I would like to send a mail to the vendor and I only want to send a mail regarding the first line on my purchase order. I go to navigate, handle and send and I do also have a button over here saying handling and it only says handle line. The only difference between handling and handle and send is the fact that when you use the handle and send you also send a mail to your vendor. So I will say handle line and send mail. And you can see the only line mentioned in this mail is line number 10,000 so the two other lines on this purchase order are not sent to the vendor.
