To customize or personalize where actions are in the action ribbon, you go into Setup, Personalize, and in the action that you want to move.

Business Central lets you move actions in the action ribbon to the spots where they make the most sense for your daily work. You do this through the Personalize feature, without involving a developer or making changes for the entire company.
To move an action, go to Setup and then Personalize. Find the action you want to move and drag it to the action group where you want it. For example, the Units of Measure action sits under Actions on the Item page, and you can add it to the Item action group instead.
Within an action group you can move individual actions up and down to reorder them. You can move as many actions as you like. You cannot move entire action groups, and you cannot move an action into a completely different location outside of where the personalization allows.
When you are done rearranging your actions, press Done. Your customizations are then in place and saved for your view.
