If you run a master company in Business Central and need to synchronize data across multiple companies, you don’t have to build every data template from scratch. Abakion provides more than 100 standard templates that you can download directly into your setup. You select the templates you need and apply them, which gets your master data synchronization running much faster than creating templates manually.
The standard templates live in the Global Master Template Package, which you reach through the setup in the master company. After downloading, you choose the templates you want and apply your selection.
Downloading the standard templates in the master company
As a master company, you can download the standard templates from Abakion so you can synchronize much faster than if you had to create each data template yourself.
Go to the setup and open the Global Master Template Package. When you open it for the first time, it is empty. Press Get Standard Package to download the standard templates from Abakion. There are more than 100 templates to choose from.
Selecting and applying the templates you need
Once the download finishes, you see the full list of all available templates. Choose the templates you want to use by pressing Apply on each one, then press Apply Selected Packages to put them into use.
