In Global Master Data Sync, we have a role center called global master administrator.

In this video, we will go through the tiles of the role center which are relevant for the master.

First of all, we will go through the section for the data templates, which we have here.

For the tile on the development templates, you’ll be able to see the number of the templates that are under development, and can be edited.

The next one is pending approval, which are the templates that have been edited and have been created, but now have been set for pending approval, which means that it’s actually are finished and are ready to be released.

But you’re waiting maybe for making a few batch of releasing all templates in once.

The released templates are the number of the templates that you have created, which are released and can be synchronized.

In the partners section, we have how many active partners we have.

In this case, we have three active partners, which we can synchronize to.

We also have on hold partners, which means partners you have created, but you have put it on hold, maybe because you just have created them and you’re not ready to synchronize data to it.

Or it could also be that this partner will now need to postpone any new changes so we have set it on hold and are waiting for the partners to be set as active before synchronize new changes.

The number and data templates subscribers means that how many templates in total, your partners have been subscribing for.

In this case, it’s 411, that means our free partners in total are subscribing on 411 templates.

So if you have a template, just one, and you have three partners, then it will have the number of three because all three partners are subscribing on that one template.
