You can export forecast to many different roles in your organization.

This means since you can split the forecast per location, variant, salesperson, customer, country, dimensions, etc, and you can filter on some of those information, it is possible to send the forecast, for instance, to 10 different countries, responsible people that create their own forecast and send it back to you and then you can consolidate it directly in Business Central using the adding functionality when you import it or replacing per customer, per country, etc.
This means you don’t need to have a big Excel sheet somewhere where you consolidate all the forecast before importing it every third month. You can do this directly by having different roles that you send the forecast to and then have a more flexible strategy of how to create and update the forecast.
