So I have sent my sales order to my supply company. And then I realize, I need to change the quantity because I get a call from my customer saying: I need two of these City bikes instead of just one.

This is what happens in the video

So what I do then is that I just reopened the order, change the quantity, and release again, and then the order will be updated in the supply company as well.

This can be done as long as the supply company has not started shipping the older. So let’s give it a go. I reopen, change quantity, and then I release again. So it’s released again.

Let’s go check in the Supply Company what has happened there? Which company here, I’m in the supply company now. I find the order here, this one ending with 10, you can see it up here, it’s the same.

I open, and now you can see, I have updated the order now with the quantity of two. So quite easy there.
