So when I make a drop-ship order in my sales company for my Supply Company, the shipping address for the customer is of course important.

This is what happens in the video

What I have here now is a sales order for my customer, I have a requested delivery date, and I have an item. I’ll just scroll down to the shipping part, and what I want to show now is how you can change the shipping address and get that sent to the supply company.

Of course, you can choose an alternative shipping address, or you can use the custom address. I’m going to choose that now, and just type in a completely different address.

So now I release the order to see that the shipping information is also correct in the supply company. There you go.

I go to the supply company to see the order. Let’s just update this one.

So here we can see the customer right now is actually our sales company, but the shipping address now is the custom one for my customers, and it’s what I’ve changed it to.

What’s important to know that when the order is sent to the Supply Company, you cannot change it again in the sales company.

If it needs to be changed, you have to go and change it directly on the sales order in your supply company.
