As a sales-person in my sales company, I would like to create a drop-ship order from my customer so that the items that they want to buy from me are sent directly from my supply company.

This is what happens in the video

So I’ll start by creating a sales order. And I choose my customer. And then I choose my requested delivery date.

This state is important when the items are available in my supply company, as you can see the buy from vendor is automatically filled in with my intercompany vendor, and this is because of the setup in the intercompany app setup.

I go to the sales lines, and choose the items. That my customer wants to buy. As you can see, the buy from vendor number is also filled in automatically here.

Let’s just pick one more item here. Take two of this one. So now I’ve created a sales order for my customer.
