Okay, when a sales order has been created in a sales company, and it has been released, it will create a sales order in our supply company, and in our supply company, we now want to handle the order, we want to look at the lines, when can we deliver, and we’ll start by sending a confirmed shipment date.

This is what happens in the video

So I have my sales order here in the Supply Company. I have some sales lines here that needs to be sent directly to the customer.

Can see here, I have my customer actually my sales company, but when I drill down here, I can see on the shipping that it needs to be sent here to the bike master.

So I scroll up to the lines here, and I want to send back promised delivery date. So I reopened the order, and I type in date, so it can first be here. And I can actually type in two different dates if that’s the case, and then I release the order.

And now the promised delivery dates have been sent to the sales company and updated on the sales line on the sales order in the sales company. So that’s how that’s done.
