The Warehouse Mobile app is available on Microsoft AppSource with a free 60-day trial. You can install it by searching for “Warehouse Mobile” directly on AppSource or from the menu inside your Business Central client. Once installed, Business Central prompts you to activate the app, and a setup wizard handles the rest.

To activate, you enter your email address. The wizard sets up the trial license and imports the standard mobile flows used for Warehouse Mobile. After activation, you set up your warehouse resources, and the default flows are ready to use.

Installing Warehouse Mobile from Microsoft AppSource

You can find the Warehouse Mobile app on Microsoft AppSource and get a free trial for 60 days. There are two ways to find it. You can search directly on AppSource, or you can search inside your Business Central client through the menu. When you search for “Warehouse Mobile”, it pops up and you can import it directly.

Running the setup wizard in Business Central

After installing the Warehouse Mobile app, you are ready to run the setup wizard. When you open Business Central, it displays a notification saying that Warehouse Mobile has been installed but not yet activated. Click Activate Warehouse Mobile now to start.

You then enter your email address. The wizard sets up the license, providing a 60-day trial license, and imports the standard mobile flow that Warehouse Mobile uses. Once the installation is done, the setup shows as completed and you are ready to go.

Setting up warehouse resources and default flows

After the wizard finishes, you need to set up some warehouse resources. Once that is done, you can close the installation guide. If you then open the mobile flow, you will see that the wizard has created a number of default flows used for Warehouse Mobile. With those in place, you are ready to start using the app.
