When you create a sales quote in Business Central, you can print it, preview it, or save a copy to your archive. This article walks through the printing options available on a sales quote and what each one does.
To print a sales quote, open the quote and choose Print. Under Options, you can enable archiving, which saves a copy of the quote to your archived documents. Use Preview to see how the quote will look without printing. Use Send to in order to output the quote to a printer, a PDF document, or a Word document.
How to print a sales quote in Business Central
Once you have finished your quote, you print it by going to Print and then Print. This opens the print dialog where you control how the document is handled and where it goes.
