How to print sales quotes in Business Central?
When you have made your quote, it’s possible to print it.
This is what happens in the video
This is done under print and print, under options we have the possibility to archive the document.
When this is enabled, a copy of the sales quote, will be stored in archived documents.
If you simply want to view how the sales quote would look like, we can press on preview.
If you want to print it up to a printer you can press on print.
And send to, we have the option to print it to a PDF document or as a Word document.
For now, I would like to preview the document, when previewing the document, we have the customer address, the company address, information from the header, all of the sales lines and at the bottom of the document, we have more information about the company.
