If you’re the person in charge of setting up the shop floor mobile, we recommend that you change the role center in my settings to mobile flow administrator, because in that role center, you will be guided through all the different setup you need to do.

So let’s take a look at it, it’s not an impressive page so this is not for the end users, of course.

First of all, you have access to all the mobile flows. This is normally a list you wouldn’t go into because it’s predefined out of the box with all the different flows.

But if you know the setup very detailed, you can go in here and change the different flows, then you would like to go into the user setup where all the users need to be set up as resources in the systems.

You have the mobile flow resource setup user list, so this is the mobile flow users that you add and you have permission groups in here, which location code they’re working on, etc.

You have the user setup list where you define– this as the windows user where the other was the resources we defined.

So one windows user could have a resource number, etc. You can set that up in here.

Time collector setup if you use start and stop on time collectors.

It’s explained in other videos, you set it up in here, you have permission groups, which mobile flow users should have access to what permissions.

The updates is only if you want to import an updated file with different mobile flows for the different flows.

Normally it comes out of the box when you install the apps.

And then you have the mobile flow groups where you also can see which flows works together in what menus.

So this is the administrator role center that you can use when you’re doing the setup.
