The way the tiles are organized differs on different devices.

And therefore, we will suggest you to test out the different devices before starting to use the shop floor mobile.

So if you use it from a computer, it will look something like this, maybe with less space between it if the screen resolution is smaller.

If you use it for instance, from a tablet, it might look like this where you can see the tiles are filling up the screen.

If you use the mobile phone, it looks like this.

And be aware that when you use the mobile phone or a scanner device, you won’t have access to the same kind of menu functionality in business central as if you use a computer.

So you have to make sure that all the functions you’d like to do, the user should be able to do and could perform on those devices, otherwise you will have to contact us.

Whereas when you work in standard business central user interface, you will have access to a main menu where you can do much more.

So consider which type of devices you want to use.

Should the smartphone be a phone or scanner or whatever, should the tablet be just the laptop instead that you have on a carriage that you use in the shop floor area, etc.
