In the Reverse Planning journal, we have calculated suggestion to move demand dates, and there’s a lot of sales orders that we need to move, a lot of sales order dates, and we have checkmarked those.

Next step will be to carry out actions.

This will not move the actual sales orders, but it will transfer the sales order into the sales order handling journal, like this.

And this batch of lines we could give to the sales person saying, these are all sales order lines that you should talk to your customers about moving, so, the sales person should contact the customer saying, the sales order of number 10,044 with a due date of April 22, we should move until June 7, because that’s the first possible day we could deliver it, and from here you can give it to the sales person.

You could also just leave the line in the journal and take them into account when planning again next time.

But this is basically the feedback that the planner will provide to the sales people.
