The second step of the agile planning routine would be to add the most realistic immediate receipt date on the new purchase supplies.

Let’s look at this in Business Central. I have calculated all my critical items and they are now in my quick journal and when I look at the lines in here I will filter on my purchase items because normally purchased item are less flexible than production items because we can handle those ourselves and then I will just look at all the lines in here figuring out the immediate receipt date on the purchase lines.

So, for instance maybe on this item already talked to the vendor last week and I know this is not possible.

So, I will add another day that I believe immediate is realistic maybe like this and maybe on the first item up here I believe this is not possible either because we do have some transportation time on this one etc.

So, this might be my my immediate correction to what I believe could be possible on my purchase items and this is the second step before I can start calculating backwards.
