With master data information, it’s possible to copy serial numbers and lot numbers if you use the serial or lot number list.

And it covers master data information and you can create multiple new records.

So for instance, here on my serial number list, if I select copy, serial number, it, it’ll take the serial number I was has marked.

Take the item number, serial number, we can create a new one, and you can create many serial numbers.

You insert the new serial numbers, that would be the beginning serial number, new description, item number.

And you can select here whether to copy master data information on that as well.

So if you use serial numbers to handle all kinds of master data, you can easily copy it here and it takes all the master data to the new serial number.

So we’ll just try to make, uh, those four here on the same item and we’ll just make it, uh, test number here so we can find them.

And we hope those are not occupied like this.

And we added some serial numbers here in the header.

If we look at the specification for those, we can see that it copied everything.

And thereby it’s easy to change the information on that serial number.

So if you have several numbers
with quite many master data on it, if, for instance, if you use it for quality control or you use it for machinery or stuff like that with very many specification, this is a nice way of doing it.

And it works the same way on the lot number.
