Standard Import Templates are generated when activating Master Data Information

One of them will be in the master data import worksheet, where we create standard import templates.

So if you look at this list, these are all standard templates that will be created automatically when you import master date information.

So for instance, if you take the template for vendors down here and you look at the import template card, we have set it up out of the box in an order here with name and search, name, vendor posting, group addresses, cities, postcodes, et cetera.

And we provide Excel sheet that match the setup.

Meaning if we look into some of the templates here, we have a lot of templates that we use also when we migrate customers to new versions.

So if you look at the vendor Excel template in here, it has a lot of column and this order of the column will match the setup when you download it from AppSource.

So you can cut and paste all your data when you have a list of vendors, or if you take out from an old nav or an old vis or whatever ERP system you’re coming from, you can cut and paste the data into those column here.

And in the template, when you get the template from us, you’ll also have some example of what it could be,
how it could look that you can use an example for those column.

So this way we will provide a lot of templates to you that you can use out of the box to get started with your business control.
