You might want to determine that the item description or maybe the item two description should be made by master dates.
So in my example, I have the description tool field made here by master dates information.
It’s called city bike in 29 mil.
And I can use the MER description to do that.
And it’s also possible to do that in the description field, but it’s either or.
And this is set up in the master data information setup where you can determine here in the field merge item description.
If you want to merge the, if you don’t want to merge item descriptions or you want to merge the description field or description tool field.
So it’s a matter of, for instance, if you have a sales company and nobody in that company should touch the item or the item descriptions and you always merge the description based on master data, you can use this functionality.
So with this functionality, it’s possible to update the functionality automatically and it’s updated when you also update the long description.
So when you run the batch job to, in here, when you use, uh, from the information code list, you have the job you can call which call, which is called update long descriptions, and that also updates the item description
or item two description, depending on your setup.
