Playlists  Manage

Log in to create a playlist or see your existing playlists.

You can add the master data information, add as t information for sales orders and sales quotes, sales documents, and basically you, you don’t set it up in those documents, but you set it up for customers and items.

So if you create a setup for customers where you can see the information fact box with the master data information you selected for those as a setup for this user.

This is the same you will see for the sales header documents when you open sales document.

Likewise, if you make a setup for items what you want to see as favorite information for items, I have it down here somewhere.

You can see the information per item you select in here.

And this will be the same as you can see, you will see on sales documents.

So you cannot change the sales document opposite to what you see in this setup on the items and customers.

If you open a sales to, you can see here when you enter a customer number, you will see the information, master dates information, which is your favorite for customers.

And when you’re selecting line here, you will see the item information, which is your favorite information for that line.

So this way it’s possible to get a better overview of data directly here and you can combine it with the replicate functionality here where you can also add master data columns on the
document header and document lines.
