How to align work processes across the organization with Master Data Information?

Every company wants less reinvention of things already made, but with the Master Data Information, it’s possible to align the way we work with processes, throughout the whole organization.

Transcription of video

Every company wants less reinvention of things already made. So, less reinvention of things already made. Why that?

Yeah well, in the purchase department, they’re doing a lot of processes, they use Word or Excel or whatever in the warehouse or the manufacturing, they do a lot of processes, but they invent new tools or other tools to create it.

And the sales department they use their tools. But with the Master Data Information, it’s possible to align the way we work with processes.

So, the way we enter data in the system could be aligned with the information matrix, Master Data import worksheet, search windows, et cetera.

So, from CEO Jane, it’s possible to gain value by having the same way of working with Master Data, working data we use on the system and we can reduce the reinventions of processes.

So, often we see that, the companies will find one guy or girl who’s the one understanding this tool very good and everybody else will go to that guy and say how can I define a flow to register dates on a batch number?

How can I define this upon my customers or vendors, et cetera.

But once everybody learns to use the tool, we have much less reinvention of things already made.
