How is a Warehouse document created directly from a Sales Order?

In Business Central, it’s possible to create warehouse documents directly from your source documents. So, for instance, like this, I have a sales order, it’s released, it’s an allocation that require shipments and from my action menu, I could create my warehouse shipment directly and it will open up from my sales order.

This is what happens in the video

So this is a push strategy that I’m actually creating the shipment directly from my sales order.

Likewise, I could push from all other outgoing documents.

So, let’s look at the example here from a purchase return order that I’ve made and it’s released.

It’s on a warehouse location and just like on the sales header, I could enter my functionality, my menus, and then create a warehouse shipment because this is an outbound document or outgoing document, it’s exactly the same functionality.

So this is a push from a warehouse shipment from a purchase return order.

Likewise, on service orders, transfer orders, etc.
