What does a floating bin mean?
In Business Central, we use the term a floating bin for a bin that is not dedicated default or fixed.
This is what happens in the video
This means if you go into the bin content on an item and you’ll have bins like this line where there is no checkmark in fixed, default, or dedicated, it means it’s a floating bin you can use it for whatever the bin type accept you to use it for, but it’s not special for anything else.
