How do you print a receipt note?
Often a warehouse user would like to have a document to print out, to see what to receive on a warehouse receipt. And that could be printed directly from the warehouse receipt. I will show you this right here.
This is what happens in the video
If we create in the inventory a new warehouse receipt, maybe it’s across different source documents. So, we can get source documents in here, and just select some of those, like this.
And we would like to actually print this document to have something to fill in while we check in the item and unpack the item. It’s possible to print from the warehouse receipt.
So, with this document it’s possible to have a list of item numbers and quantities, and you can checkmark this with a pen or whatever and enter the correct quantities while receiving it, and after that, you can go back on the warehouse receipt again, and of course, fill in the correct quantities to receive.
So, this is the normal document that you would like to have when receiving goods, and often across documents if you’re emptying a full container etc.
